Steve answered my call promptly and after checking on the steps we'd taken from the water leaking, made suggestions and let us know his availability.  Because he was local , not pushy with additional services, and gave me an estimate, I called him back that night and he was true to his word.  He showed up in a timely manner, cleaned the carpeted areas we'd discussed and extra rugs per our request.  We would definitely recommend him.

Steve was available for the date I needed service.  He is local to the community in Winter Garden and cares about his neighbors.  On time and very personable.  Efficient and professional.  Would recommend him and use him again.  I joined Angie's List in part to share this great experience.
