His nephew did not no how to cut tile, they left the spacers in then grouted over them. Within 2 months the grout was popping out by the shower. He did the light and fan in the bathroom, and an electrician came in and noticed it was a fire hazard. He used big tiles on the floor of the shower and they were uneven with sharp edges. The grouting was sloppy and I don't think he knew what he was doing.

Steve was available via cell phone at all times. He controlled and scheduled all the work with little or no effort required on our part. When we did not agree on the quality of work he rectified it. He is honest and cleaned up after each visit.
