This review is in follow-up to an earlier review on Rhino Pest Control that I submitted last week. In my previous review, I mentioned that Rhino had been responsive and diligent initially, but their follow-up had fallen off in recent months. This was because I was having trouble getting them to carry out the annual termite inspection that was due in January 2013 even after several phone calls and requests. Rhino contacted me yesterday to promptly schedule the long-delayed inspection and came out the same day. Everything went satisfactorily. In addition, Rhino promised to do a more thorough job of filling out the report forms they provide at every bi-monthly pest control visit. Historically, the technician would apply spray treatments during each bi-monthly visit, but always neglected to fill in the "Technician Comments" section of the report that he would leave with me. Since his choice of chemical varied between different visits, I told Wayne Dannenberg that I would be very interested to know what the technician found prompting him to choose different treatments at different times. In addition, Rhino had agreed to call ahead of each bi-monthly visit to allow me the chance to be at the house during the visit so I could have the benefit of seeing what was done and to speak with the technician directly about any issues or concerns while he was there. I have the feeling that things are back on track moving forward now with Rhino Pest Control.

They are very good. They are very prompt and reasonable prompt. They are also very service oriented. so if there is a problem they will come right back.

I used to have a terrible ant problem. They resolved it and I have never had any other pests since. I like the fact that I do not need to be home when they come. I just need to make sure that I leave the gate unlocked and leave my dog inside.

This company is very price competitive. The representatives I have dealt with are extremely professional, knowledgeable about their business, punctual, polite and friendly. They arrive in a company truck with company uniforms and go about their work unobtrusively. So far, no problems have arisen, so there has been no need for a callback, but they guarantee to retreat any reported problems in a timely manner.

I set up an appointment and they came promptly as scheduled. The gentlemen was polite, explained procedures, and reassured me that chemicals would not harm my kids and pet. He sprayed outside and inside the home. I was very satisfied as the ant problem went away.

THIS COMPANY IS WONDERFUL. WHEN YOU CALL THE OFFICE THEY ARE SO POLITE, AND CALL YOU BACK RIGHT AWAY IF YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE. THE TECHNICIANS ARE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY. SINCE WE'VE HAD OUR HOUSE SPRAYED, WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PEST PROBLEMS.
