Steve did such a great job.  He did the drawings, went with me to get approval from the city and then built a beautiful garage,  He is a super hard worker, has great ideas and has enormous attention to detail.  I am very happy with his work and plan on using him for future projects.

Residental Werks laid out everything, providing me a detailied analysis of what was needed, the time required, and who was going to do what. This meant looking at windows, new cabinets, granite for the counter top, and sinks. This was all orchestrated by Residental Werks. 
We determined what window would best work for me then was ordered. In the mean time they started taking the low ceiling down. The cabinets were picked out and scheduled. The window arrived and was installed. When the cabinets arrived the were promptly installed. With the cabinets in, the counter top craftsman came in to do there measuring. It seems that in no time they were installing my counter, which included reinstalling my stove and dishwasher and putting in the new sink. The electrican was called in to do some minor hook ups and add a new outlet that I wanted. The ceiling was completed and I had a new Kitchen.

I called Residential Werks to give us an estimate on an outdoor entertainment area for my back patio.  They came over within a day or two to talk about what I wanted and take some measurements.  Within a week they were back with a design. The design was exactly what I wanted.  I believe that being a licensed architect as well as contractor gives them a distinct advantage on special projects like this.  They were able to start work with in the next week or two. Residential Werks did an excellent job with adapting to special request that I had as the build went on (like providing additional electrical outlets and a colored concrete bar top). It took under two weeks for the build to be complete and I absolutely love it. I believe that Residential Werks pricing is competitive and their quality is superb.

I was aware from the start that the remodel was going to be a timely affair but my desire for accomplishing this dream
energized me every day.  We discussed the stages of removal of old cabinets, fixtures, etc.  The original bathroom
cabinets had been emptied, contents packed for storage and labeled.  This provided an open arena for demolition
and removal.  Each room was isolated from the rest of the home with plastic sheeting, thereby diminishing the
dust factor.  Rugs and floors were covered with tarps to control foot prints, etc.  The sequence activity was discussed
everyday providing opportunity for suggestion or possible changes, if needed.  I was in awe of the detail and craftsman-
ship that prevailed throughout the activity!  Subcontractors were efficiently scheduled to coordinate with the progress
of the remodel so that installation fell in place as planned..  Anticipating was a key factor in my participation--completing
paint selection, drawer pulls, sinks, tile, light fixtures, windows (great fun).  I found that the laundry room provided space
for the coffe pot, crock pot, and minimal staples; had an additional refrigerator in the garage.  I was too excited about the transformation to be bothered by minor inconvenieces.  The new kitchen appliances were delivered and stored in the
garage (ready for installation).   Popcorn ceiling removal was a MUST.  Patience, communication and planning were
key to a successful result.
