They adapted pretty well with our "custom" expectations/ design. They worked well with various subs that I had for specialty material installs. I'll admit that there were some stressful times, due to schedule and finances, but probably much less than the average builder.

Adrian and Warren were easy to work with, met all deadlines (job complete in 3 months), were responsive to all questions and phone calls (there were many), and truly did a fantastic job!  Each day, the men cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping up. Warren, our job site manager, was always available via text or phone, even on weekends. 
When an issue arose with a subcontractor and their mistakes, RCB helped to correct all issues to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to remodel, renovate, or build a new home.
