I had an awful experience with JJ from Pristine Pools. He resurfaced my pool and there are footprints and uneven coloring on the bottom of the pool. A few months after he resurfaced the pool we noticed that the water level was decreasing rapidly. It was apparent that there was a leak. JJ was on vacation and had no alternative for us but to continue to fill the pool until he returned from his vacation. I asked that he come on a Sunday to because we were going to be going on vacation, and we wanted it resolved. JJ would not come on Sunday although he came on a Sunday previously to take our deposit and sign the contract. He also did not come the following Monday morning. In the mean time we called a leak detection company who was able to come out due to a cancellation. They discovered that the pool drain plug had been broken off and the pool was freely draining. The leak detection company had to glue another cap/plug on because they were unable to screw it on because JJ had broke the cap so part of it was still on the threads. It is uncertain what JJ did to plug the pool since he wouldn't tell us. It may explain why we would find pieces of plastic in our pool prior to knowing that there was a leak. JJ arrived late Monday afternoon when my wife told him what happened. JJ began to swear at my wife and refused to reimburse us the fee for the leak detection company. Also, despite having a contract and a fee schedule, JJ wanted payment earlier than the schedule. JJ also recommended a company to resurface our pool deck which was a disaster as well. Due to JJ's poor professionalism, bad language with my wife and poor quality of work, I cannot recommend him for any type of pool service.

They do an excellent job maintaining my pool.  I have had no problems.

great, they are quick to assist if any problems arise and make sure the customer is satisfied and abreast of all that is happening.

I called several companies, JJ called back first with same day service at a plan ahead rate!!! He was on time, very kind and showed expertise!

They were the only ones willing to take on the job. They were very professional and polite. I got a good deal with them.
