The head jeweler was able to quickly fix one of the prongs and secure the diamond back in the setting in under 45 minutes and just before they closed for the day. It was a more complicated job because the prongs also had diamonds on them. He took the time to show me what he was going to do and then again when finished under a microscope. The service went above and beyond and felt genuine and the execution was flawless. Would highly recommend.

I have had several rings repaired and/or resized. I have always been completely satisfied with the results and the price. I've also had other repairs and was given the scrap pieces back, so that I can save for future melt down. Alex has always been fair and honest with his prices, workmanship and opinions whether a piece of jewelry is worth repairing or adding to my scrap stash. He always tells me in advance how long the repairs will take and good faith estimate of charges.
