Patio Sling Store

I had a metal frame in perfect condition --- after 10 years, unprotected in the sun, the fabric failed. Contacted several upholsters who said it would be $300 - $500 for new fabric and installation. New was $300 - to $1,000 ! (Rediculous) After some digging, found that you can buy replacements that "slide" in. Most cost about $200. Still better than anything else -- then we found this company. Luckily - they are only 30 minutes from where I live. Since they are so close, I chose not to do on-line ordering, but go to the factory instead. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The young lady took me to a wall of fabric samples, didn't rush me in any way. When I chose the fabric, we went to her desk to quickly complete the order. It was only $95.00 for a highly recommended sun and weather resistant fabric with a 5 year garantee !! Since it was at the end of their busy season, so she said it would be 3 weeks but they would call me if done sooner. One week later --- she called and it was ready! The woman who brought me my order and installation instructions could not have been nicer or more caring -- sharing a few tips to slide and adjust the new sling. She also wrote the owners phone number on the invoice and said several time to call him if we were having any trouble or frustrations getting the new sling into place. She was encouraging --- and said they were there to help and "Clint" (owner) would be happy to take our call even during evening or weekend hours -- they wanted us to be happy with our purchase ! She could not have been more sincere or personable ! Using her "tips" we were able to complete the installation without having to call Clint --- a few little challenges, but the lounge is like new --- and even better since I saved at least $200. with them !!! Definitly will use again if needed !! ****** It was important to me to write this review since I did see one extremely negative review on another site (that I can't find today) and my experience was so positive and unlike anything that person wrote -- I thought it was important to share my experience. On a scale of 1-10, this was definitly a 12 !!!! Service + Price $$
