In the past, when my computers had problems, i would hire an on-site repair service, which was very expensive. When I spoke to Adam, he suggested trying a remote repair repair first. He was able to solve my problems without coming on-site. He explained each step, in plain English, that he took and it was very informative. The fact that he suggested a less expensive repair would indicate that this is the type of service one would want. Very professional and deserving of the highest rating possible.
