Do not hire this company directly. He might do OK as a subcontractor, but should not lead a project. Only after I was committed and had paid a sizable percentage did things start to go wrong. First he said that he wouldn't make good the windows that he was installing - he said that it wasn't his job and that I had to get someone else. Then when the window frames leaked again he pointed the finger back at me. I didn't want to be the general contractor, but he put me in that position. The job ended up costing almost double what I was quoted.
