Me and my wife both agreed after the first visit with Mark that we were in good hands. Prompt,thorough and professional. We both always have a lot on our plate and when we have business transactions we don't want to have to double think if we are getting the best services for our money. I contacted Mark on Tuesday. We met on Wednesday, at which time he provided the analysis along with a suggested sales price. He took photos of the house that same day, and by Thursday morning he posted the house online. I received an offer that very afternoon, which I accepted. He was terrific.

Outstanding! Mark is a professional through-and-through. I live in Pennsylvania and was trying to sell a home in Florida to settle up an estate. Mark provided valuable guidance on what items to update and what things I did not need to bother with to get me the best bang for my buck. He also provided assistance to permit access into the house for a few contractors I needed to get things in order. He was always on top of everything and responsive to all my questions and needs. I had multiple offers on the home the first day it was listed. This was an excellent experience (especially considering it all had to be done long-distance) and I would definitely use Mark again if I needed a realtor in the Orlando area.

After contacting Mark he came to the house to discuss the options since we were selling at the end of the year. Within a few days he was back with a professional photographer at his expense. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the area, which we appreciated and was able to guide us in the pricing. Our house went to contract within 3 weeks. Mark is extremely passionate

Mark Hide - Mark is an exceptional, experienced Realtor, he was very helpful in his guidance and recommendations concerning the sale of our home. In a slow market our home sold in 3.5 weeks at a price we were comfortable with. Mark was on call for us and come to our home when we wanted to talk and he never rushed his time with us, This was the sixth home we have sold and I would unequivocally recommend Mark for buying or selling a home, we will use him as our realtor for our next home. I contacted Mark via phone after finding him on Angie's list. We met at my condominium and I contracted him to sell the property for me. It was obvious that Mark was well versed in Condo sales and had already done his research on my condo as well as the association. Mark put the listing up immediately and when I saw the listing I was very impressed. Mark took the time to not only take great pictures of the apartment but also of the facilities available to residents! The descriptive narrative was excellent and we had an offer in less than 10 days! Due to my occupation I was not able to be there after our initial contact. Mark represented my interests perfectly throughout the sales process and through the closing.

Nice and easy, lemon squeezy. Mark listed and marketed the house and from kick-off to sales contract took only a little less than a month. I got my price, the buyer got a good deal and all were pleased. Excellent job on Mark's part. Have bought and sold many many properties over the years and this transaction was the most pain free by far. I highly recommend Mark.

Mark was excellent. He guided the whole process, advising me on the timing of the selling of my own home with some crucial advice which saved me a lot of money. We were approached by the builder of our last home and asked if we would like to be in on building a home in their new development, at a discounted price for early buyers. They assured us we would not need a realtor for the process. But having known Mark for many years, and having used his expertise on the purchase of our 2 previous homes, we enlisted his help with this purchase as well. And we were glad we did! He was with us at every important meeting, giving advice and watching over the process to make sure we were represented to the best of his abilities. We wouldn't imagine going through the home buying process without Mark. We would surely use him again, if the need should ever arise.

Mark made us feel very comfortable. We knew that we were in good hands. Whenever there was a showing we had plenty of time to tidy up and leave the house. I never had any worries about him going into our home with prospective buyers. He was thorough, punctual, and very friendly. I would recommend him highly, whether you are buying or selling a home.

I only had a day and a half to find a house in Central Florida. We were moving from out of state and my husband couldn't even come and help so I was on my own. I spoke to Mark by phone while out of state and gave him very specific details about what we were looking for. When I met with Mark he had plenty of houses all lined up and ready to look at. He is very organized, efficient, knowledgeable of the area and has excellent listening skills. If I walked into a house and I knew it wasn't the right fit immediately, we would move on to the next. I was very impressed with the houses and neighborhoods Mark had lined up for us. He really listened to what we wanted and we found our home very quickly. I would definitely use Mark again and would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent real estate agent.

I did a real estate search while I was in Chicago. I came to FL for a vacation. When you do an MLS search for real estates, it send info to the real estate agents. That's how we met. He contacted me and he found me a house in a very nice, gated community. The house I got was in foreclosure. He is very easy to work with, punctual, professional, friendly and charming. He goes above and beyond what a realitor does. He helped me find people to come and paint my house, fix the pool, landscapers and the lawyer to help me close on the house. It only took 6 weeks to own the house. I love my house. We still keep in contact with him. You tell him what you are looking for, and he will find exactly what you are looking for! If people are worried about being pressured by real estate agents, he will not pressure you into anything. I would give him straight A's with 5 stars.
