We are very happy with them. They do other houses in our neighborhood too. They adjust how many times/month they need to come based on the season and I never have to worry about that. There has never been a time that my grass was getting too long and I had to wonder when they were coming again. I have them set up on automatic bill pay so I actually don't even interact with them at all. It's almost like the grass cuts itself!
