I contacted the company for a quote. They responded promptly, quoted the service requested. They showed up promptly on service date, went over the details with me, answered my question and went to work. After work was done we went over the work preformed confirming that all was done to my satisfaction. The trimming, the cleaning all was done very neatly, correctly and professional.

Not the most cost effective, but everything else great.  Outstanding communication, responsiveness and end result!

They were awesome. The price was good. It was a lot better than anybody else. They were quick and did it safely. There were no problems.

Recently I had to have a lot of treework done at my mother's house and we already had an estimate from someone else

but I had John do an estimate and talk to me about the trees. He spent about an hour walking around the property showing me plants that were good to save ( I thought they were weeds) telling me where the flowering trees should be trimmed, explaining that some of the trees I was going to take down because they were also under wires would be taken care of by the city, so I didn't have to spend the extra money.  He's very informative, friendly and honest. Unfortunately I went with the cheaper estimate. I spent time with this guy telling him to do the things John had suggested. He totally ignored my directions and butchered the trees. I cried when I saw what was done to my mom's trees. I will never use anyone other than JP Trees.

Overall John?s attention to detail was
great. He removed 2 large trees and insured the property was properly cleaned
up.

This company removed stumps and trees from my property because we had termites. He was suppose to remove the tree roots but did not remove them completely since they started growing back later.
