After several changes of date, JMP entered our house to begin installation of about 800sf of hardwood flooring. On the first morning, they damaged our refrigerator by pulling it out of its cove without loosening wheel locks. They then walked off the job. The owner admitted liability for the damage during a visit with a refrigerator technician to assess damage, but later denied liability on an insurance claim, despite witnesses to both the damage and his subsequent admission of liability. In addition to damaging our refrigerator, they repeatedly scheduled then canceled delivery of flooring, gave conflicting information about storage of materials, and damaged newly painted walls. On the basis of our experience with these totally unprofessional people, I would advise people to stay far away.
