First class service by Jimmy Tobar. I left my garage door open for him as he is 100% trustworthy. Jimmy Tobar who runs this company is totally honest which is all that matters with irrigation as they can say anything about "broken pipes" and other things that you cannot see. Jet Services is the Del Air of irrigation. Completely trustworthy, reliable and a great job at a fair price.

I bought the comprehensive sprinkler tune-up but this was never completed entirely. The owner came on Tuesday to check in less than an hour the work. I informed him what to fix. He fix to sprinklers and for the rest he was going to send his assistant on Saturday. The worker came on Saturday and before running the stations decides to reduce time of all stations. I explained that owner of the company mentioned that rotatory sprinklers need an hour but he just ignore me. As soon he left I return to my original times. He just run all the stations for only 2 minutes, stand-up and watch so he couldn’t see entirely how each station works. When the owner came he setup more time to see some of the stations. After watching that station 5 was not working properly the assistant he repeatedly said that he did know why. I asking him to flush the line but he just ignore me again. That is why I call the owner and he told me that I need to paid for extra-time. According to the coupon, whatever repair that will result from the tune-up will be charge $45 per hour of work. I paid you $185 for 2 hours of work on Saturday and on Wednesday for less than an hour I paid $100. They charged me $285 for 3 hours of work, instead of $135 plus parts. The difference between $285 and $135 is $150, that is excessive for the parts utilized for the repairs in both days. In the fine print of the coupon the company include this that contradicts what I experienced: A. Additional work needed outside of the tune up will be $45 per hour B. An estimate will be given for additional parts or repairs if needed Also I am asking Angle’s list for the full refund of the coupon because the tune-up was never completed to the seven stations.

Fine. I more should have been done with the initial service. It took 10-15 minutes. Then I got charged $105 for the other work, which is fine, but the some of it should have been included in the initial service, like locating and adjusting the zone 2 sprinklers. The whole time, he kept telling me what a deal and favor he was doing me. Then he only took cash or checks. Nothing about that was said. I know he cut me a deal, but a lot of that was luck because WE found stuff immediately. I just really didn't like that the whole time he was guilting me on how huge of a favor he was doing me. Then in the end, I had to pay with a check, which I really couldn't afford. There should be a Notice on Angies List if they don't take credit cards!

After he checked the whole system, one sprinkler head got broken.  I contacted him and asked to fix it.  No answer to my request.  No response at all.  Very disappointed.

Following a major storm, my sprinklers would not turn off. I needed someone to come out urgently to fix the issue. I called jet Services late on Friday afternoon but he happily came out within 15 minutes of my call. Fixed the issue , tested the entire system and replaced some sprinkler heads to give better coverage. he took the time to go through the entire system with me and make some recommendations on programming and set it all up for me. The price was very reasonable and service was excellent. I thoroughly recommend Jet Services and will use them in future

Jimmy Tobar is a very honest hard working man and does what he says he will do. He is not the rock bottom cheapest, but the work he has done is far superior to work done in the past. Therefore it pays to get him to fix your irrigation as other companies I have used did half a job and their standards were a lot lower.

Services were done, met my expectations.  I would recommend that you set the appointment for first thing in the a.m. if possible, as his schedule can be difficult to predict for later in the day.  This is due to him encountering unforeseen issues that require more time at an appointment that was previously estimated not to take so long.   This delays his arrival for afternoon appointments at times.  In all, I'd definitely recommend this provider.

Evidently my lawn guy ran over the exact spot that would cause a break in the sprinkler supply line.This is a rental house and when the tenant came home, he found water spurting up from the ground. Since this was the supply line coming directly from the water meter, it could only be shut off at the meter and he had no tools to shut it off.  I looked on Angies List and, after trying several companies, I found Jimmy Tobar at Jet Services. He was finishing a job and said he would come over before going to his next job. He was very friendly and professional. He repaired the break and tried to brace the pipe to prevent future breaks. I was very pleased with his work and his price. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jimmy insisted he be present for the installation of my new fence so he could show the installer's where the water lines were and to be there in case of a water line break. Because Jimmy was present the fence company was very fortunate as they installed part of my fence on my neighbors property due to an incorrect plot plan they possessed and Jimmy was the one who found the property marker, thus identifying where to legally place the fence. It took Jimmy and his brother longer than anticipated because they had to work around the fence installers. Jimmy did not charge me for the extra hours they spent because of this and only charged me for how long this job should of taken under normal circumstances. Jimmy is a extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this profession. He will provide his expertise and advise on the products to use based on his experience and knowledge, however will do whatever the customer wants and wants to use. This means if the customer wants to provide the products and materials themselves then Jimmy will use them or they can use the products and material he has on board. The products he uses do cost a little more than those at the local home supply store, however his are commercial grade and will last much, much longer. Jimmy is by far the most courteous, friendliest and professional person I have had the pleasure of meeting. When you call Jimmy's company for service you only get Jimmy. And when you call for his service you will get him timely. When you call Jimmy for an emergency situation you get Jimmy quick. I was impressed at his ability to respond to questions via the phone and his quick responses when needed. I am not one who typically responds to surveys or one who fills out reviews on services I have received, however I feel this was the least I could do for someone who is well.....Jimmy. If you ever have the pleasure to come in contact with him you will know exactly what I mean this.   

They did a great job.

Jimmy arrived just when he said he would.  He quickly went to work to replace the broken pipe and 2 connected valves to our irrigation system.   Once it was fixed, we did a "walk through" on all the zones to the irrigation system to check each sprinkler head.
I have been using Jimmy since May 2010 and he is the best! He comes on time, works hard and uses excellent materials.  Since he has worked on our irrigation, we have had no problems with inferior materials, and our system works very well.  (This repair was due to some lawn equipment that dug and hit this pipe underground.)

Great.  We have used Jimmy before and will use him again.  He is always prompt, responsive and thorough.

Performed a general tune-up on irrigation system.

He was very polite on the phone and came at the time we agreed to.
He thought the Sprinkler System was badly designed, even though there were no brown spots on the lawn till a few weeks/a month back, it is a 12 year old house with a 12 year old sprinkler system.
He said 3 extra zones are needed and gave me the above estimate of $2800.
I called  two other local NON ANGIE LIST sprinkler vendors, they also came to my house, walked with me testing all zones and gave me their estimates. They gave me their estimates FREE OF COST.
I was left wondering why I was charged $45 for giving an estimate, I think either Jet Services or Angie's List should refund the $45.
I went with good faith with an Angie's List Vendor and was charged $45 for an estimate, If I had called him straight without going via the Angie's list, he would not have not charged me.

Jimmy did a thorough job of fixing my sprinkler system.  I paid $45.00 through Angie's list for the deal and he only charged me for the parts which were $45.00.  My total price was $90.00 and I would use him again in the future.

I called Jimmy and he was very gentile on the phone and he made an appt to come the next day. First. He did the tune up which for me was not a tune up he only check a few things. Also, I asked him to give me an estimate on putting new sod or pavers. He said was going to send me an estimate which he never did, it's been a week and haven't received a call back from him. I will not recommend them or even hire him
