HANCOCK TREE SVC

Our tree did not have a good shape to begin with, which I knew. Larry agreed to trim off a few lower branches and clean up all the suckers. He said the job would take him 3-4 hrs. All that was done was about six of the large beaches removed. It was only trimmed from the bottom. He must not have had a tall enough ladder to up into the tree and clean it up. All the little ones were left. It looks like we tried to do it ourselves. He did not do what was agreed upon. We spoke afterward when I told him how disappointed I was with his work. He said it was because of the shape of the tree. No matter what the shape is, he did not do what he said he was going to do. He charged us $275, which I waited to pay thinking after he was aware of our disappointment in his work, he would adjust the price. He did not. We have now paid him the full amount, but do not feel it was with it.
