Rich is the owner of Floor to Ceiling.  He is very knowledgeable and very fair with pricing.  We spent a lot on this project, but we did get other quotes and Floor to Ceiling is competitive in their pricing.  Their work is beautiful.  Exceptional quality.  This was a home that we purchased and remodeled.  It had a lot of quirks.  Two layers of sub-flooring in some areas to level out incorrectly done floor joists is one example.  Rich identified and corrected the issues.  The project did take a lot longer than we hoped - about 4 months to complete it.  We visited another home that Floor to Ceiling had done prior to making our decision to use them and the woman raved about how quickly they were able to do her job.  Perhaps it varies.  If timing is important, I would discuss that upfront.  Rich is a man of his word, so I would trust what he tells you.  I have recommended Floor to Ceiling to friends already and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Rich and his team were very good to work with. Rich never promised more than he could deliver and always came through to make things the way we wanted them to be. He was very patient with us as we made decisions along the way and worked with us to get the price in line with our budget. We added a lot of items on along the way and Rich was very fair and accomodating. Brian is a great painter and craftsman and coordinated the other members of the crew. Mike took lots of time making sure the plumbing was done just right and Beau did a beautiful job with the tile (and I know that took some patience as we tried to decide what we wanted). The granite and glass were also done beautifully. Overall a great crew whom we have recommended to a number of friends and co-workers.
The only downside was how long it took - started on November 5th and ended 3 months later. There were a couple of holidays in there so I know that cost us 2 or 3 weeks. Next time I won't start anything in the middle of holiday season!
We plan to use Floor-to-Ceiling for our future flooring projects.

Great experience. Floors to ceiling has a wide selection of flooring in various price ranges. Much better than at Lowes and Home Depot. I visted the store to look at samples and then received an estimate. Once I decided to have the floors installed, it happened within 7 days of making the purchase. The installer was professional and did a quality job. The price matched the estimate.
