They did a very good job making sure the area was well protected (walled-in with a plastic barrier), dried out the area, ripped out the affected carpet, pad, and drywall. That left us with a big hole to fill, which we're still working on, unfortunately -- but their work was done well. They were slow to respond to a few e-mails, but by and large they were very helpful. They did leave us with a few questions about how best to repair the work because the cuts weren't very straight requiring us to cut additional pieces out, but again, it's a minor quibble.
