 + 1 moreTheir punctuality was fine and they were professional. We are actually looking to switch. Our service is constantly falling out or shutting down. We get that several times a month. Our internet service constantly stops. We had to constantly turn it back on and we had to reboot a lot. The workers are fine.
Description of Work: We use Dish Network for landline, internet, and cable.

 + -1 moreWe have the dish outside so we get good reception. They give really good service. The technician was really good. They were very professional. We get a lot for our money.
Description of Work: We use DISH NETWORK for TV service. We had him come out a second time to install a second TV.

 + -1 moreOverall, I would never recommend Dish. If they were the only TV provider I would not recommend them. Once the contractr is up I am going with another company
Description of Work: Dish installed a satelliete dish on the roof. while doing so drilled a hole through the pool pump electrical line on the outside wall. They fixed that. We had a massive water leak in the family room immediately below the dish site before Christmas. After 2 trips out to inspect, they declared that they were not responsible, and even went so far as to falsely claim that I stated that there was pre existing damage in that area. Then when they came to move the dish off the roof to a ground site, they did not remove the hardware from the roof and left a wire hanging from the wall.
