Got an estimate. Submitted HOA request after contractor could not access HOA website. Quote and plans were approved after I had to personally submit them. Received minimal communication from the contractor throughout the process. Constant ghosting and back and forth on rescheduling of install times and corrections. Original quote was not honored as they had made a “typo” saying we would get two gates but wasn’t drawn in the mock-up. Giving two stars because the work was eventually done, but not on time and not to the quality we would have hoped with multiple fence panels having gaps evident gaps or misalignments to the posts. An absolute headache inducing experience overall.

This is an amendment to my previous review left on 2/7/2023. Happy to say that the caps to my new fence were properly sealed and no more concerns with them blowing off during high wind in Central Florida. Gladly changing my rating to 5 stars.

dFence fencing did a very good job removing our old wooden fence (240 feet) and installing our new 6' tall white vinyl fence. They finished yesterday and our new fence was built well and looks beautiful! Caio, the owner of the company, is a very nice man, and answers his phone calls or calls you back immediately if you need to talk with him. His crew of three workers did a very good job and worked very hard and diligently. They were nice people and knew what they were doing. If I had a question, they would pleasantly answer it. If I saw a problem, they addressed it immediately. Such a pleasant experience, especially since the first fence contractor I hired never showed up when they promised, and the owner of that business got belligerent with me when I asked why they weren't coming on the day they promised. I told him not to come and I wanted our large deposit back! That guy stole our money and still has not given it back. On the other hand, Caio, knowing that we got robbed by a previous Angi's fence contractor, (Caio) did not ask us for any money down, as he felt bad for us, and he, his crew and the fence building materials all arrived promptly on time, 9am, on the morning Caio promised! Such a 180 degree experience compared to our other contractor. I might also add that Caio fit us into his work schedule very quickly, within a week of my first conversation with him! Hopefully, I will see Caio today so I can give him a nice check for his services. My wife and I are VERY pleased with our new fence and with the excellent experience that we had with dFence Fencing. I highly recommend them. Their price was competitive, their materials are the best, their workers are hard working, knowledgable and pleasant, and our new fence is beautiful! Thank you dFence! These guys were AMAZING. The work was performed as promised, on time and they cleaned up after they finished. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The work was done quickly and done well. There we a couple of top caps that were missing and a different latch was needed and they were both taken care of. Caio was very good to work with.

A Dfence representative (I believe the owner) came to my house and provided me with a quote. I accepted the quote and expected the job to begin in two weeks (time to receive material). I received notice from the owner that he had an emergency and would need to delay, and I have never heard from him again. I emailed, texted, and called. The calls seem to imply the phone is out of order as the message received states "the subscriber you have dialed is not available or has travelled outside the coverage area".

They were pretty good. They listened to me. I would use them again.
