"They recently cut the copper pipe to our ac unit. Their foreman notified us, and said it would be expensive, close to 1000.00. He was correct, all the Freon leaked out, and it was a large cut. The owner said he could send his ac friend out, but he never followed through. We called our contracted company, and they finally came out 5 days later. Four hours of work, including welding, checking if unit cooling correctly...etc. it was over 1000.00, slightly. The bill from the ac company was submitted to him. He said it was too much according to his “people” who never inspected it. He refused to meet and discuss it, why they thought it was too much, etc. Instead he texted us his refusal, and terminated our lawn serve immediately. So unprofessional."
