These folks were great. Before scheduling a call, they made sure that they fully understood my problem and advised on possible solutions. They followed up on their advice to make sure that my issue had been fully resolved. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Sloppy and unprofessional--I was deeply frustrated and disappointed by my experience with Winter Garden Computer Repair Shoppe.
I brought my laptop to them for repair only to have it "blue screen" within hours of getting it back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and brought it back to them, only to have the same thing happen again. This happened yet a third time--I brought a non-working / non-responsive laptop and got back something that crashed so soon after I got it back that I never even had a chance to do my own, new data back-up THREE separate times.
I understand that a computer can have multiple issues that can be difficult to diagnose, but my experience raises serious concerns about the thoroughness of Computer Repair Shoppe's evaluation and testing--especially in light of the fact that when I finally brought the machine elsewhere, they identified a problem with the motherboard right away.
This was frustrating enough on its own, but when I contacted them about the "Best Service Ever or It's Free!" promise on their website (which is still there, as of now) and my unhappiness, it took WEEKS of multiple forms of outreach to get an acknowledgement. It was then an additional MONTH before I got any kind of resolution--a month of ignored e-mails, calls, and texts, only to have my request for a full refund denied.
The e-mails that Computer Repair Shoppe did send were missing information and replies to specific questions and often lacking subjects. Choosing to work with them was a huge mistake on my part, and I would never use them again, let alone recommend their services to anyone else.

As i was having a lot of dead spots in the house for any wireless operated device, i called "CRS"to install a new wireless printer as well as educate  me on the type of router I should use.
I'm very glad I did, now everything works great!

Called on Thursday and he came out the very next day.  Greg spent 3 hours removing the virus and then proceeded to install safeguards to prevent future exposure to malware and viruses.  He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.  I was subbing for our church secretary for the week but am a retired CPA and corporate controller of 42 years. Have had several computer repair services in the past.and The Computer Shoppe tops them all.

I had a good experience. They are very knowledgeable. The communication and customer service was very good. It was a normal shop.

Excellent and fast service.  Very prompt response and turnaround.  Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

`I had gotten a puppy who proceeded to eat the letter "m" out of the keyboard and chew it up.  It was determined that getting a new keyboard would be the easiest route and luckily there was one on hand.  It could not have been easier.
This was not my first time to deal with this business and I find them professional and accomodating.  It is a pleasure to do business here.

He ran the free Diagnostics he offers and the virus scan,   found nothing wrong but made a few system adjustments. Gave me back the computer and said see if it's any better. No Charge! The computer was back to new with no problems at all.
Nice to know there are still good people out there. Will take any future service needed to to him.

I needed a new router to use when I am at my brother's house.  I explained the situation to Gregg and he immediately knew what I needed.  He took the time to explain in detail exactly how I should set it up.  He is very knowledgeable and has helped me many times in the past and I will always go to him for any computer issues I might have in the future.

His personality really stood for me. He was very helpful and told me what I needed to do next time instead of getting right back. He was very easy to speak with, easy going and very professional. He answered all the questions that I asked. He didn’t care, but he showed what I needed to do.

I don't think I disliked anything about Computer TroubleShooters Winter Garden. I did like them. They were fast, efficient, and explained everything totally. Their customer service was excellent. I liked how informative the technician was and he gave me different options on how to go about repairing the PC. The options were from lowest price to highest price.

Greg was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. I will return there when additional work is needed.

I have used Greg many times for repairs and networking issues, he is always VERY knowledgeable and gets the job done.

When he left, all computers were in operating well.

Gregg has been to my house twice to fix computer problems. He always figures out what is wrong very quickly and fixes it in a snap. He is friendly and courteous and I would recommend him to anyone with big or small computer problems. He also fixes network problems in offices, does upgrades, wireless networks, PC and server startups, network setups, training, internet setup and data backups and is licensed and insured.
