They made the signs and had them ready on time but they were in different fonts. When we asked them to remake one of them to match the other, they argued that it would cost us an additional $10 for their time. Against my better judgment we agreed. They said they would have it ready by the next day. We went there the next day and it wasn't done. The craftsman had forgotten to do it and had gone home for the day. She called him and he refused to come in, so the owners son, a teenager said he could do it and for us to come back in an hour. We came back to find the font right but the size was not the same. They said they would not charge us for it but that they refused to make the sign again. We walked out with a product that was unusable and had paid $26.63. They were argumentative during the whole process which was unnecessary. All we wanted was a product we could use. We went to a trophy shop on Sandlake and got the signs made for $13 with out any problem. Do not use this company, they are unprofessional and overpriced.
