BRAY HARDWARE CO INC

Bray/Toole's had our pressure washer for about 2 -3 weeks, and we had to keep calling to find out the progress. They finally called us and said that the pressure washer was was not covered under warranty due to inadequate maintenance, and we could come pick it up. We arrived to find our pressure washer in pieces (they took the entire engine apart) in a cardboard box. We told them we wanted it put back together and that we gave them a pressure washer that was still running and now it's in pieces. They said that it would cost us $100 to be put back together. They never informed us that our pressure washer would be given back to us in pieces. The pressure washer was less than 2 years old, and we used it about 6 times. We paid $400.00 for the pressure washer and was unable to find anyone who would be able to put it back together. We will never bring any equipment to Bray/Toole's Ace Hardware in Winter Garden again.
