Bill Higgins and his team painted the interior of my home. I am pleased with the service that I received. They were very professional, punctual and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Bill and his time were professional, prompt, efficient and did quality work at a fair price. They treated the items in our home with care and didn’t cut corners. What more can you ask for? I’ve already recommended him and his company to others.

Bill and his crew did an incredible job! Whereby other painters did not want to do the necessary exterior paint scrapping, he put forth the effort to do as such, knowing it was a prerequisite before applying the finishing coat. The entry way walls and ceiling were also painted well with attention to not getting any paint on our new railings. Clean up was done after the painting was finished. An excellent painter - will definitely recommend him to everyone.

Interior painting project went extremely well. Bill and his team completed the project quicker than I expected, they did a great job of patching covering any minor blemishes in the walls and covering up the previous paint that had encroached on the ceiling. Bill provided great customer service and was very responsive and communicative during the entire process. I am pleased with the final results.

I don't like to write negative reviews. However, we paid $9000 to have our home painted three plus years ago and on a daily basis I see areas that were half painted. Even the inside of the back door was missed. I have spent the last two months repainting all of the woodwork so that it would be done properly. Mr. Higgins needs to check his painters' work before rushing on to the next job. Would not use again.

We hired Bill and his crew after seeing their great work on a neighbor's house. They were fantastic. They painted the house with a base color and white trim and the house looks amazing. Their prep work included pressure washing the entire house and taking care of various "step cracks" in the block/stucco. They were punctual, careful with all of our shrubs and other plants around the house and completed the project within the estimated time frame. Bill personally inspected the project upon completion. We have already lined up Bill to come back following our pool renovation to pressure wash our lanai screen and fence and paint our pool /patio deck.

Bill Higgins is exceptionally rare in the contractor field because he is intelligent, methodical, calm, steady, and he actually listens to and retains the information you give him. He showed up right away to give me a quote. Work began quickly and exactly when he said it would. Bill Higgins was on site for the entire job. When the work was done we did a walk through and in my experience this is when contractors leave a bunch of cut corners and hope that you don't spot them right away, but aside from one minor over-spray, everything was done correctly. I've gone through all kinds of contractors over the years (irrigation, counters, fence, roofers, etc.) and Bill Higgins is only the second contractor I'd recommend. Don't go with anybody else.

Excellent meticulous work. Very responsive to questions and work done in a timely manner. Went above and beyond fixing damage that had been done by previous painters.It is rare nowadays to have such workmanship and professioalism.

Bill was super organized and punctually---early actually! His crew was extremely attentive to details and careful with moving furniture etc. Bill made great efforts to work efficiently so that I could be in the house with our two large dogs. We were lucky that the weather was a bit cooler so the doors could be open to help dissipate the odor, but the crew had fans to assist. Bill and his crew were able to finish the job in 2 days....so impressed with all the furniture that had to be moved, etc. A few of Bill's crew came back and touched up some spots and changed out all our door hardware. The attention to details, such as repairing holes and scratches was spot on! I would recommend Bill and his crew again.... and of course, if needed use them again in a heart beat! Bill is a super nice and personable guy, but more importantly an A+ business man!

Great service. Bill returned all phone calls (including the initial call to provide estimate) without delay. Bill provided a writen estimate explaining each charge and providing us the opportunity to pick only the work we felt we needed. The crew, from power washing to final touch up, could not have been more professional. They were always on time and cleaned up every day. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would not hestiate to recommend Bill to anyone (I even offerred to keep a yard sign up for a week to two to spread the word to my neighbors.) It was such a pleasure to deal with Bill. So reassuring to find someone who cares about his work and does such a great job staying in contact with the customer. A+
