Asian Retreat Nails and Spa

It was not a pleasant experience from start to finish.  The nail tech did not speak very much english and when she did speak she was speaking so low i could not hear her.  I kept repeating that I could not hear her.  Her technical work was outstanding but she could not understand what it was that i was asking to have done.  Other techs were there also and saw that I was having a hard time getting her to understand what i wanted.  We did the manicure and I had picked a light shade for my nails.  As she was starting the process I was telling her that I wanted a different color on my toes.  She started to polish my nails with a bright red sparkling polish, which i cannot have due to my profession.  I was asking her to stop and she held my wrist and kept telling me that it would be fine.  I tried to grab my wrist away and she continued.  When she was finished I informed her that I could not have this color to which she replied, yes you can.  Another tech came over and took me over to the pedicure area and started yelling at me that i should have told the other tech to stop and not let her finish my nails.  I explained that i tried and she rolled her eyes at me and then started talking loudly in her native language.  She called over another tech to start taking the nail polish off so they could fix my nails.  They were very rude and embarassed me in front of the other patrons.  Finally i got the pedicure and then she fixed my nails however, not all of the red polish was taken off so now my nails are lightly painted with red here and there was it was not totaly removed.  They did not try in any way to make up for the issue and never aknowledged that there was an issue.  When i paid i asked for a copy of my receipt.  A few of the techs gathered around the machine and started trying to figure out how to work the machine and could not figure out how to print the recipt.  The shop was also not sanitary.  I feel as if i paid $55.00 to be publicaly humiliated.
