"If the homeowner will review my company he should tell the truth about the situation. Yes we were late and for that we apologize. Lets get it right all the homeowner said was take a look around, he never explained what he was looking to have done. The tech told the homeowner what he found was hairline cracks that can be repaired, then the homeowner said he doesn't want repair he wants all the stucco to be removed and redone. When the tech rang the doorbell and knocked on the door to ask another question for clarification and to further explain what he feels need to be done the homeowner never answered. That was when the tech left, the homeowner did call him after he left and said in not a very nice tone come back and talk to me face to face, he informed the homeowner that he was no longer interested in the job. The homeowner must realize that the tech was looking out for his best interest and wanted to explain to him that he really didn't need to remove and replace the stucco, hairline cracks don't require a complete removal of stucco. We are a business who try to look out for our clients best interest. It wasn't appropriate in that case to quote the homeowner for work that would be so costly and not really necessary. Stucco always get hairline cracks and the homeowner would be faced with the same issue down the line. All the homeowner needs is to have the hairline cracks filled in with the proper product and paint the home. To sum it up the tech sensed the homeowner's annoyance simply in the manner the homeowner spoke and acted and was very patient, but when the homeowner never replied to the knocks on the door and the ringing of the door bell, he left and didn't want to do business with the homeowner anymore."
