We want to make sure the job is done right the first time and exceed your expectations. Your family's home is in experienced and honest hands with our company. Standard Service Call Charge is $59.00; Discounts offered to Orange County Public School Employees. Payment is due at the time service is performed. Free Estimates for replacement of your old unit, and free removal of old unit. Deposit will be required before replacement work begins. Rebates may be available through your energy provider when you upgrade to high energy efficient units.

"You originally requested a reduct in your home for existing equipment, 3 ton system. We provided, and completed as per contract, in November of 2017. We are not responsible for drywall damage as discussed, and everyone was on the same page with that before work was completed. Your home has minimal attic space and plaster walls/ceilings. We worked with your handyman to create and patch attic access, the hole you are talking about, on one side of the house per your fiance, again, all parties were on board at the time of service. In order to oversize your system to maintain 68 degrees a variable speed system is recommended, as stated by us, and a 3rd party energy consultant to confirm. Industry standard for accurate energy requirements as discussed. Your coil has years of abuse and neglect, as shown by our pictures, and this damage, and the inability of your dated 3 ton system to maintain an unrealistic temperature of 68 was not due to the attic air being pulled in. Still, we did the additional patch to existing drywall in the ceiling at no charge, and did not charge you for the follow up visit. We simply answered your questions, provided an energy calcs company for assessment, and you did not like what you heard. OF COURSE our design for 3 ton is not sufficient for a 4 ton, as it was not designed for a 4 ton system. You were rude, calling names, and ultimately childish in your pursuit of a solution to make us pay for your problem, starting from your very first communication as documented in emails. Blasting our company due to your inability to communicate effectively is not OK, and the libel and defamation of character needs to stop immediately. Blaming us for this is entirely inaccurate. You have never been on site with us on any of the three visits to discuss or review your systems deficiencies, you have received all your information third party. Even in June when you reached out for equipment pricing you were not present, didn't like what what you heard and are taking it out on us. We have pictures of your equipment with no filter, and evaporator coil covered in dog hair, dirt, debris, etc, caused by years of abuse and we simply can not and will not take responsibility for your years of negligence. Description of work for this review states it is related to the ductwork completed in November of last year, and the only thing we've actually done related to this review is a free consultation...............work was not completed by our company. Libel, slander, and defamation of character will not be tolerated, cease and desist immediately."
