Fast response, came same day I called for evaluation.
Both servicemen were great. Very thorough. On time. Spent several hours doing actual treatment. Explained everything they were doing and why. Showed me what to look for in the future. Under the circumstances (had a swarm) I think they should also have used the bait traps in the soil around the house. That was not done. Learned more about that later. Didn't know to ask for it.
