He is horrible. He said he did some work that he never did. He charged me $700 and I had a 1 year warranty. He came back out and tried to charge me another $700 and I felt uncomfortable paying again so I got someone else out. They said there was no way there was $700 worth of work done ever. He said he replaced all my heads, and some of them were as old as the house; 30 years old. None of them were replaced or new so he never replaced my heads and charged me $700 for nothing. He took a down payment, so I canceled the next service. He doesn't want to give me back my money. I had to contact the AG and BBB in order for any resolve to come about in that situation. I went online and read reviews and he has done the same exact thing to other people that I experienced with him, which I felt wasn't fair. Which is why I wanted to give this review so that you can stay away from him. You don't want any dealings with him. He charged me $700 the first time he came out, and $325 the second time he came out which he was to refund but he didn't refund it. All of the work that he said he did for the $700, he didn't do. He overcharged me and didn't do anything.
