It went really well. We were very happy with the quality of the work, the responsiveness (fast), the pricing (fair), and the overall service we received. They are good at cleaning up after themselves, which we appreciated. 411 is one of the best service providers we have used. I recommend them without qualification.

It went amazing. I am very happy with the outcome. There was no detail left unchecked. Communication was excellent and we were asked questions as the work progressed to make sure we were aligned with the direction they were taking. All pricing for additional work, i.e. mold remediation was explained and the workers were immediately brought in to fix the problem. They arranged for air samples to be taken and cleared since we are in the process of selling our home. The team knew that we were selling the house and made suggestions on what they were seeing in the homes they were working on, in terms of features and colors, to make sure that the work they were doing would add value to our house. With the house on the market less than 48 hours we already had 3 full price offers.

411 responded within 24 hours of the call, and stayed on the job til it was finished. Their workers were professional and courteous, and the work was completed in good order.

Work completed in our home was awesome. We are very happy with the completed work. Cannot even tell that there was a problem. 411 came to the home within a day of calling and started work the next day. Since we had two trips scheduled, 411 was very flexible and worked with us around our schedule. Every detail was looked after. They laid plastic on all floors where they would be walking, isolated rooms where they worked so, if mold was present, it would not be distributed to other parts of our home. All demolished walls and flooring were bagged before removing it from each room. All workers in the home were very friendly and willing answered any questions we had. They always cleaned up after themselves before leaving. We only had two issues with the central office. Flooring was not ordered sufficiently early to avoid delaying the work in the home. As a result completion was delayed two weeks. We later found out that an individual in the central office responsible for this was released. The other issue was some of the flooring panels installed in one of the rooms were not the same quality as the others. When I mentioned this to the owner, she had a crew out the next day removing the low quality panels and reinstalling panels to match the rest of the floor. When they finished you could not tell they had ever been there - floor was perfect. They also did an outstanding job cleaning all the ducting, fan and air handler. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants excellent quality work completed. This work was paid by our insurance company minus the deductible.

All the work went well. Maureen is very responsive and happy to help out. We couldn't have been happier with the work performed.
