He is proficient at this. He knows how to handle these windows which are not like the modern/common windows. The only problem I had with him was he was/is hard to reach and he had to reschedule an appointment but didn't inform me. I called him another time, he came to do the estimate then never bothered to call me back with a price. I called him and he indicated he had a bathroom remodel to do now. Apparently he didn't have anything when I called and afterwards got a bigger gig. I understand he has to make money but he could have given me the courtesy of a call back to tell me to find someone else instead of wasting my time waiting to hear back.

I have used Wayne several times since late 2012. He has always been courteous, punctual, and the work was done right the first. This last time I appeared to have a water leak under an off grade apartment. Wayne dug out in the area went under structure and discovered that there was no leak. He was here for quite a while put everything back i order. Each time I have solicited his assistence I have been satisfied and found his pricing favorable.

I knew when I shook his hand he was the man for the job - very polite man better yet humble in his work very caring about the customer - he's still working at this time....

Initally the installation awas to be done by a company contracted by the seller, the unit was delivered but the opening was to small so the could not install the unit . Leaving me with the problem, Icontacted Mr.Schorth thrue your service and he was able to do the instalationon the same day with no further problems.

Started out ok with small jobs, even some of them are now not working properly.
However after working with him for a while I had a job at my office and he said he could do it , it would take a couple of days to complete. That's when my nightmare started , the couple of days never came.
His timing was off some days would arrive to the job site until after 2 if he arrived at all. Then when he was half way through the job He informed us he had to leave for 2 weeks to visit his brother. And my project was not complete.
Which meant if I didn't hire someone else to complete the job I would have had to shut my business down until he return. What was supposed to take a few days, took weeks and still was never completed by him and the work he started had to be redone work.
Most of his work was damaged or incomplete .

Prompt, efficient, and very qualified. Wayne cut out an area that was sagging, replaced the framing, and
sheeted the floor. Honest, fair, and priced fairly. Great experience
and would certainly recommend and use again.

He is very good and provided excellent workmanship. The price was very fair and I will definitely call him again.

He did a good job with both projects and I plan to call him for more projects. He didn't charge a lot, all of them were more than I could afford. The tile work was mainly $1000. He does a good job and he seems to be honest about the job. He tells ya what he is going to charge you and that's what he charges you. It was a fair price, no one is going to charge me what I can afford. All workmen are a "B" on responsiveness.
