After being a tenant in 2 different rental homes managed by West Orlando Rentals and being so please with the experience/service, I didn't hesitate to ask Sarah to be my realtor when I was ready to purchase a home of my own. I selected a home that was a new build so it was a lengthy process, almost a year, and Sarah was by my side for every meeting, appointment, walk-thru, and inspection. Her expertise and suggestions were invaluable. She took the time to listen to my desires/concerns and so was able to fully represent my interests throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Sarah has been managing our property since 2014. In the 5 years, she has not only found good tenants for us, but also make sure our property being in good condition. Under her management, our rental property has a smooth run of 5 years. She took care needed repairing in timely fashion, provided us her suggestion and feedback for home improvement, and alerted us for potential issues for proactive actions. We are lucky to have her for our property management.

After my mother moved to Assisted Living, we decided to rent her townhome and contacted Sarah and Lloyd at West Orlando Rentals. We met at the property the next day and they freely shared their expertise (I've never rented a property before) along with advice on how best to show, expected rent, and contracts. Needless to say, I was impressed and decided to work with West Orlando. However, we ended up changing tactics as it become clear that my mother wouldn't be able to return to the townhome and we again contacted Sarah and Lloyd - this time as our selling agents. Again, nothing but professional and superior service. We closed in a couple of months and Sarah went out of her way to get us the best deal possible (she really knows this market and how to negotiate!) and made everything as stress-free as possible. I can't recommend either West Orlando or Aspire Realty enough.

We had gone through several property management companies for a rental property in Bay Hill when we found Sarah and Lloyd Huebler of West Orlando Rentals. Sarah & Lloyd are both experienced property managers and have many clients in the Dr Phillips/Windermere area. Sarah was instrumental in finding us an excellent tenant for our property at full price. The rent was paid on time, timely records were kept, and Sarah has a team of repair personnel at her disposal at any time for the inevitable mishaps. Over the course of two years, I was always able to contact Sarah with any questions and quite often she went above and beyond the call of duty if I asked for a favor. All documents and agreements were professionally prepared and I can't say enough about the great attitude & professionalism displayed by the Hueblers. They also have experience dealing with international clients and can help orchestrate an agreement when perhaps another firm could not. Do yourself a favor and give them a call if you have a rental property ! Best at their profession in the southwest Orlando area !

Sarah is an excellent Property Manager and has been managing our Orlando Property for over two years. When we think about our rental, it is such a great feeling to feel reassured that Sarah is managing things for us. She is very efficient and has taken care of all issues while getting our input, letting us know how she see things as she is the closest to the issue, and keeping us informed. We get a sense of really great teamwork between us, Sarah, and the tenant. We are amazed at how well Sarah handles every aspect of property management duties including the leasing process, tenant management, and accuracy of monthly statements/accounting. This was a short sale; suffice, it was challenging for all parties every step of the way right up to the closing day. I don't know how much experience Sarah has had with short sales, but her deep experience overall navigated us through safely and sanely. She communicated with us generously - emails & calls answered promply, explained everything along the way, and referred us to an outstanding Mortgage Banker (Tammy Powers, Bank of England). With short sales, the seller's lender can drag out the process for months and months, or longer. Tammy and Sarah were on top of them nearly daily. Without their persistence, I'm certain we would not be in this beautiful home today. It's easy to find a Real Estate Agent who is cheerful, professional, kind, encouraging. It's essential to find one who is tenacious, competent and has the experience you need to help you find the RIGHT home and to get you to closing day. Sarah Huebler has all of these qualities. There were many instances of her going over-and-above to help our family. She really cares. I would both work with her again to find a home and recommend her wholeheartedly, especially to a first-time homebuyer.

Sarah Huebler with West Orlando rentals (and realty) showed us a home for rent in September of 2015, that we originally found via Zillow.  That evening, someone else secured the home before we had a chance to complete the application.  I was informed by Sarah the next day that the home was no longer available.  Later that week, we unexpectedly received a call from Sarah telling us she had a different home that was coming available quickly.  She remembered that we where looking for a rental home and went out of her way to reach out to us to show that home.  From the start, she genuinely took interest in our desire to find a home.  She worked with us to secure the home and made sure we got moved in with no issues.
After a year or so passed, we decided to purchase a home and learned that Sarah could become our realtor.  Almost immediately, Sarah began sending MLS listings of homes in our desired neighborhoods and price range.  When we found one we liked, within hours Sarah had us lined up to go take a tour.  In the end, she helped us find the perfect home.  Sarah found us a mortgage broker, explained the buying process and helped us the entire way.  With every phone call, every text and every email, Sarah was not only extremely professional, she was also very friendly.  When we had questions, she had answers. We often found ourselves having great conversation about how the house could be updated to make it our own or how the landscaping could be improved.  Again, she seemed to really care about us having just the right house.
We not only gained an excellent realtor.  We gained a friend.  We highly recommend Sarah for your rental needs in West Orlando.  If you're looking for a realtor who is extremely knowledgeable, Sarah is your choice.  We would not hesitate to use her again.

Sarah took on my rental home as property manager, but soon took on overseeing renovations to prepare house to be sold. She got the house sold in under a month of listing. I would recommend West Orlando Rentals for any and all issues pertaining to your rental home. Sarah advised me and was patient and understanding with my decision to sell home. The whole process was made less stressful by Sarah's pleasant demeanor and expert knowledge of Florida real estate.

So far this has been a very positive experience.

Sarah understood our goals and found the tenant based on her professional skills and deep knowledge in the local real estate market. Her previous experience in fraud investigation made her very careful with the background check of applicants. She worked very hard to get the tenant in days and provides us updated accurate accounting and reporting.

Sarah is wonderfully thorough and professional. She managed all the details in setting home my home to lease, many that I would not have noticed myself, and has responded quickly to all questions and requests that I've had. West Orange Rentals provides a more personal service than many other firms because they don't take on too many clients that would dilute their management effectiveness. Their homeowner access website is clear and easy to use for keeping updated on income and expenses. They also charge a very reasonable 7%.

Sarah is an excellent property manager. We have been working with her for a couple of years and consistently provides prompt and accurate services.  We have needed both regular repetitive and special  tasks addressed and both have been handled professionally and in a timely manner.   She never fails to keep us informed and is an excellent interface to our renters.

Blendworth assisted us from start to finish, in the purchase of our property.Their advice and recommendations was invaluable and our decisions, as to 'extras' that we were given the options of, with our new build property. This included the advice of having a lanai to sit under when it rains, and not get everything wet, as a pose to not having one. We also welcomed the advice of having our pool built out to our maximum property line, which enable us to gain extra space for a patio area. They assisted us, from the start to finish of our property, of which we will always be grateful.I would throughly recommend Blendworth, particularly if you were considering a new build, and the advice they can give you for your personal needs. They really listen, which is so important .
