John was very understanding and accommodating in pushing my roof to the head of his busy schedule to get my roof completed in time for a December 22nd closing on my house. His Forman, Richard, was onsight everyday of the job. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and a pleasure to deal with and answered all questions and concerns. The roof is amazing!!! Beyond my expectations. The color is beautiful!!! I couldn't be more pleased!! Thank you!

I hired Thompson Roofing to replace an existing shingle roof. John was very thorough in explaining each step and getting pre-approvals for fixes identified as the old roof was removed. The shingle materials came earlier than expected, and John reached out right away to schedule the installation. Crew worked so quickly and the areas impacted were cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I will definitely use Thompsons again for any roofing related issues though I don't expect to have any in the near future. Roof looks great!
