I called Premier and spoke with a representative inquiring about their services. The representative said he would discuss my situation with his partner and call back by the following day, but I did not receive the call. A few days later, I called Premier back and was given the phone number to his partner. After some discussion with his partner, we set up an appointment for him to come by the house to look at the potential damage. We confirmed the appointment the evening before, but he did not show, nor did he contact me about any delay or cancellation. I still haven't heard back from them.

We looked at several other companies for our work, but the companies we looked at did not have the qualities we found in Premier Restoration. Premier Restoration has the most honest, hard working, and very dependable employees we have dealt with in Florida. After contacting, Dennis, at Premier Restoration, I felt so relieved because he was extremely helpful, courteous, and trustworthy. I had many concerns especially to the amount of time I would be without hot water. Dennis completed our job in a timely matter just as he had promised. He also saved us a significant amount of money with his expertise in mold removal and working with insurance companies. I am overwhelmed with happiness because we chose Premier Restoration for our job. I would hire them in a heartbeat if I needed more work done !!!!

The representative, Mike, is coordinating the work to be done in my mother's garage, which is a finished room that functions as a playroom (contains a pool/ping-ping table, etc.). My mother is elderly and does not handle this kind of thing very well, but they are being very patient and thorough an clear, and also referring to me when necessary.  My mother has an insurance deductible and if that amount is met then they will arrange reimbursement for extra expenses.

We had repaired a broken sewer line from the kitchen, but a bad smell lingered.  The investigator could find no evidence of mold or mildew and concluded the smell was lingering from the break and was not long term.  He suggested to do nothing and the smell will go away, which it did eventually.  He charged nothing for the investigation and advice. Very professional.

The service was good. He came out within a few days to review the work that we were looking for. We hired him to do a series of things in our house. The professionalism, and he came in right at the budget that we had set once he told us what they work was going to be. There were no surprises, and he had a fantastic crew. They didn't make a mess, they were great. They cleaned up after themselves, and they were extraordinarily clean, you would have never even known that they were in the house.

I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, detail to quality and repairs provided. Everyone at Restoration 1 is suburb. PS. the price was very fair too! I will absolutely use this company again.

Very well. Very pleasant and professional individuals came to the house quickly after I made appointment. Inspection of area and demolition was done within days of initial call. After the area was remediated they came out to re-inspect.

I was contacted by the company within the promised timeframe and we set up an appointment. The service technician was right on time, but arrived at the wrong property, due to a miscommunication. It was not a problem and he arrived at the correct address 10 minutes later.

He asked several questions about the house before starting his inspection, which helped him understand the house and focus on the problem areas. He did some inspections and moisture measurements on the areas where there were potential problems. When he finished, he explained how mold can get established in a house and how to remedy those issues. He told me that since we had repaired our roof and were replacing the insulation and sheetrock in the problem areas, we would not have problems with mold growing there. He did NOT try to scare me or try to sell me extra services, but gave me the facts.

I appreciated his straightforward and honest way of doing business. If I ever have a concern about mold in the future, I will be calling Restoration 1.

The service provider showed up right on time. He inspected the house, asked several questions, and took some moisture readings of the problem areas. He then explained how mold can get established in a house and the problems it can cause. He did NOT try to sell me unnecessary services and after inspecting the house and asking several questions, he told me that we did not have any reason to be concerned since we had fixed the issues that could lead to mold growth in the house. I appreciated his straightforward approach and would trust their opinion if I need to use their services in the future.

The Restoration 1 team was simply the best. They made us feel like they were repairing something for their own family members. Due to an installation error by Park Square Homes (our homebuilder), water had been leaking into the drywall area of our master shower for years. Dennis, Lloyd and team found the problem, gave us options on how to proceed, and then worked hard to get our shower back into working order as quickly as possible. They took care of everything, and were always friendly, punctual, neat, and knowledgable. If we ever have other restoration needs, we would call these professionals in a second.

We wanted to keep the cost down, so we asked to do most of the work ourselves. We are not familiar with mold remediation, so Restoration 1 came in with their team and equipment and removed the mold and moisture from our home. They set up a zone in the house to set up their fans and dehumidifiers, removed the existing mold, and then came back a day or so later to check on the progress. There was still moisture, so they left the dehumidifiers and fan in place, and came back a day or so later to check again and remove their equipment. They did a very good job with a very good price. They provided the expertise we needed, while still saving us money by allowing us to do the work we DID know how to do.

Carpet and dry wall dried in 2 days. Customer service great. Will use in future again.

Brian, Jennifer, and Gary came to my home promptly and very quickly and professionally detected and repaired the mold damage in my home. They advocated for us and provided advice on how to handle the situation with my insurance company. The affected rooms look amazing now and I would definitely use this company again!
