Horrible experience they sent a worker to give an estimate which was about 600.00. The first week of December .I was not informed by their employee no money was to change hands and payment was due upon completion of the project. well Richard the worker asked for money to buy the light and said he would be back. I made the check out to him. Richard came back but then there was a problem with the screw and he couldn't get it out and needed special tools. He returned two weeks later, took out the light and then said the wires wern't long enough. He needed more money to get the wires. I paid him again ( ck made out to him) no one from Orlandompool and spa called and checked in with me or told me their policies. finally Richard replaced the light the day before my company arrived in March. This was after another 200.00 because he informed me my pump was not the correct size. Stupid me wrote out another check for 200.00 to replace the pump. I finally located the manager at Orlandompool and spa and he came out to look at the work being done on my pool light and pump. Unbeknownst to me Richard had not been an employee of Orlandompool and spa since late December. The manager said I didn't need a new pump and the work looked to be done correctly. I asked him to help me get back the money I had paid for the pump and thought 650-700.00 was a fair price. He didn't want to get involved with Richard so I contacted him myself. the manager bad mouthed Richard and I told him so. Richard did pay me 150.00. Ad said he would get me the rest. Needless to say that was in March and I wrote him and to,d him to forget it. I had offered him to work it off by replacing my drywall and he w suppose to do that. Needless to say he never showed up. I will NEVER EVER call Orlando Pool and Spa or Richard K again. I'll never use that particular pinch a penny either. this whole experience was a nightmare.
