OG Construction DBA OG Construction is a family-owned and operated remodeling company built on trust, craftsmanship, and a passion for transforming spaces. Founded by Otgonbayar Tseren (OG) and managed alongside his wife, Nara, who leads client support, we bring a personal touch to every project. With over seven years of experience in real estate investment and remodeling, we have successfully completed numerous full-home renovations in Chicago, including high-end condo rehabs and single-family property flips in partnership with real estate investors. Since expanding to Florida in 2018, we have taken on major renovation projects, with one of our proudest achievements being a Co-Living space in St. Petersburg. We continue to work with local general contractors and homeowners on full-scale interior remodels, bringing high-quality craftsmanship to every job.
