My wife took our water in for a water test. They told my wife there needed to be treatment for algae and pollen. I pumped this chemicals into my pool for 24 hours, it did not treat the problem. It was not as green as it was but was still green. I went back into the store with water for another test because the reccommended treatment wasn't working. The store told us that my wife never said the pool was green, which I know my wife did tell them about the color. The sales woman never admitted she made the mistake. They tried to get us to buy another $90 worth of product because they made the mistake and I decided to go elsewhere. The first try from the other store my pool and my pool is blue again with no issues.
