I bought a bank owned house in Windermere and pretty much everything was a disaster. The delapitated landscape and house was the eyesore of a beautiful gated community. I had money to spend but 3 local landscape companies wanted nothing to do with it. Another, had an outrageous estimate and plans that didn’t align with my vision. I found a Flowerbomb advertisement in a local magazine. The owners, Rick and Rosa met me at the property and we discussed the project. I liked what they had to say and our visions for the property aligned. They oversaw the transformation of my landscape and gave me advice along the way for unrelated topics concerning the property. I was clearly in over my head but found a company that not only took care of my landscape but had my best interest in mind. Their description of what they wanted to do with my property was delivered. I never had to worry about Flowerbomb not coming through. What was promised was delivered. Minor hiccups always happen during any large project. Flowerbomb rectified them without hesitation or procrastination. Rick and Rosa care about their business, their reputation, and have integrity. As a small business owner I appreciate that. I recommend Flowerbomb without hesitation!

I had used FlowerBomb a number of years ago, with good results - so I called them again to come and do some enhancements of my home landscaping. But we had a very different - and unsatisfactory - experience this time. The work done was not nearly as complete or detailed as before. Some areas that were supposedly "finished" barely looked like anything was done, or were left with large areas vacant of plantings. Some tasks that we had discussed as part of the project were forgotten. Rick was very demanding about rapid payment, even though the job wasn't totally done. We had quite an ugly phone call about it. I paid in full. He took my money, then wouldn't return to complete the "punch-out" list, as he had promised to do. Rick wanted to charge me more to complete the things he had already promised to complete, now claiming the job was based on time allotted. And then, he wouldn't put the revised project list in writing. I don't mind paying top dollar for excellent service. I do mind paying top dollar for crummy service and a half-finished job. I don't like being "nickel and dimed". I can no longer recommend this company. A disappointment. Buyer beware.

Flower Bomb is great. They're excellent. We've had them for three and a half years ago. I'm using them every month, every week in the summer and every other week in the winter. They come and do our lawn an they also cut out weeds. They do our lawn and garden maintenance. They always come and make up the time. They always do everything they're supposed to do, and if I want them to do something extra, I'd just ask them and they would do it. They always come on the same day and just explain there was a storm or something. They were professional I think.
