That was an okay experience. They were able to do anything on time, but because they were watching a little bit, we had a lot of details that could have been improved. They did their job and anything on time to follow with that, I guess, they work fashion to get it done. There were a lot of pieces so we have to call them to come back and fix. It was for kitchen and living room remodeling. They were very responsive.

We had an upstairs bathroom that our sons had shared and used for several years and had basically used it up! Pat's design help was crucial in helping us to have a lovely bathroom that we are proud to have guests use, fits with the character of the house and is easy to maintain Everybody arrived on time and did great work. They answered any questions and concerns that we had. When a small problem did crop up it was addressed and rectified to our satisfaction. Everybody was polite and friendly and paid attention to the details. We definitely would recommend Pat Coleman and her company to anyone seeking to have renovation work done.

Pat was really nice to work with and from the start we had confidence in her and her team. Everything got completed on time without problems and our new bathroom is fantastic. She worked with us to incorporate everything we wanted and her ideas and input helped create a design we could not have imagined on our own.

I was especially impressed with the attention to detail by the whole crew, from listening to our original requirements to completing the tiniest details that many contractors would have tried to avoid or hide, Pat and the team were great to work with and always professional.

The quality of the work performed was second to none.

Pat had just recently performed an entire bathroom renovation for us and we took the opportunity to access her services soon after. Pat first painted the entire unit then removed the carpet. She advised us to go with laminate flooring as this type of flooring is most durable and easy to clean. Repaired an imperfection in the floor and resquared the patio door to freely open and close. The floor took three days, beautiful work. Two interior doors were replaced and the fireplace re-tiled with travertine tiles. We used to hide the old fireplace but now we want everyone to see it. All this was completed in a week. Next project will be a kitchen renovation, can't wait.

Pat showed me pictures and samples to help me narrow down what I wanted and then ordered the flooring. That took about a week including delivery. Her team moved my furniture and covered it with cloths to protect it. It was wonderful to have Pat and crew in my home each day...even it they did arrive with a demolition jack hammer!! They are neat and organized and I miss them after my home projects are complete! Demolition of the tile took two days and installation of the flooring took three days. The floor is beautiful and far exceeds my expectations. My next project will be the remodel of my bathrooms. Believe me, Pat and Coleman Construction and Renovations will be performing the work!!

From start to finish Pat is an efficient contractor. Her advice was bang on and very appreciated. Tiling and toilet were immaculately installed. So happy with her work we have asked her to do another job, to start next week. When the economy improves Pat is sure to be hard to get due to her popularity and quality of work. Down the road, she is going to renovate the kitchen. Always a pleasure to deal with.

It went very well. The room has been transformed COMPLETELY by our outstanding new windows and doors. Pat did a fabulous job of shopping around to find us the best quality and most energy efficient windows for the best price, going through two different vendors for the front bay window and the back windows and doors. When there was a discrepancy on a price issue with the window vendor, Pat made sure it was made right. I trust Pat and Lucas completely. The job will be done for a good price and will be done RIGHT. If there's ever a miniscule detail that's overlooked, I know it will be corrected. This is our second project with Pat and Lucas. When we gut and remodel our kitchen, we know we won't call anyone else.

Pat Coleman and her team exceeded our expectations. The work started on the promised date and the team was at our house every single day until the bathroom was finished. We were looking for a bathroom remodel in a vintage style that will not feel dated in a few years' time and Pat came forward with wonderful recommendations all throughout the project. It was a big investment for us and a leap of faith to undertake a project of this size and scope without being able to truly visualize the end results. Pat and her team delivered a really beautiful bathroom and we are extremely pleased with the quality of materials, workmanship, appearance and usability. We went from a bland, low end bathroom to an extremely functional, beautiful, and high end bathroom. I would recommend her without reservation.

Though we ran into some obstacles (i.e. enormous old water heaters in the attic, termite damage), Coleman Construction completed the project VERY close to Pat's estimate and in amazing fashion. We feel so lucky to get to use the beautiful bathroom that Coleman Construction designed and created for us. Pat and her crew (especially Lucas) are not only amazing at what they do, but fun to work with. They took great care not only of our home and the renovation project, but of us, constantly making sure that we felt good about what was going on. They were a true joy to work with. Quality work, quality job, competitive pricing--you can't go wrong with Coleman Construction. When we re-do our kitchen, they will be the only company we call.

I can't think of enough positive things to say about our experience with Coleman Construction and Renovations. From the moment Pat arrived to give us an estimate on the work we knew we had made the right choice. Pat made sure that she took the time to understand what we wanted and why we were looking to have the work done. Then she offered several invaluable suggestions that simplified the project and gave us new and better ideas for the space - before we had even hired her! She worked with our budget and helped us prioritize the work we needed to do. We received a very competitive bid that same day. When Pat showed up with her crew they were on time, incredibly professional, and the work was done to a level beyond our expectations - and was finished ahead of schedule! Pat and Lucas in particular took the time to minimize the disruption and dust in the surrounding areas and the debris was cleared out seemingly as soon as it fell to the floor. The demolition was completed in one day. Great care was taken to not damage the walls and ceilings that adjoined the areas that were removed. Through the entire process Pat was on hand to clarify issues as we encountered them (someone had driven nails through the 220 power line, for example, during the original construction) and to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. The end result is fantastic! We have a new open kitchen space! We are already forgetting how dark and dreary the area was before Pat and her crew came along. Pat was VERY patient with my novice home renovation questions and really went out of her way to make us comfortable with the process. The work was done quickly, meticulously and professionally. The final space surpassed our expectations! I would recommend Coleman Construction to anyone and I plan to use them for projects in the future.

I love my neighborhood but was very frustrated with my house. It was incredibly run of the mill on the outside and very chopped up and dark on the inside. I wanted a larger kitchen and open spaces for more modern living and for entertaining. I had interviewed other contractors and had been told over and over that I would need to knock down my house and rebuild in order to get a modern floorplan. A friend recommended I speak with Patricia Coleman. She listened to my ideas and then took me to a book store where she spent the evening with me reviewing home magazines. Once she understood my likes and dislikes she devised a plan to remove walls and shift rooms in my existing house. There was no need to knock down the whole house and build new. I have heard so many remodeling "horror stories" and am so happy that I have none of those to report! Pat's crew is incredibly talented, professional and creative. We remained in our house during the construction and the entire crew was supportive and respected our privacy. Pat was available 24/7 and kept a constant stream of communication running. She was not only responsible for the home design and the construction, but she helped me select my paint colors, my tile backsplash and all my light fixtures. She even visited stone yards with me to be certain the perfect granite was selected for the kitchen counters. Three months from our first meeting I had the home of my dreams. All on schedule and on budget. The transformation is so incredible that friends have actually driven past my house not realizing it is the same house they have visited for years. Next year I am planning to remodel two bathrooms and add a half bath. I want to put hardwood floors in all the bedrooms. I will only be making one phone call...to Coleman Construction and Renovations!
