My Grandmother past last May and her home was in need of either selling or renting. We contacted Chris Sapp by way of a reference given by a friend. On Meeting Chris we were immediately impressed by his appearance and professionalism, he came fully prepared with pertinent market information for the area. He had a team of people he referred for everything we were in need of, from painting, to doing the estate sale. He made a hard time much easier than we had imagined it could be. After reviewing current market conditions it was decided by all that the best thing to do was hold the property and rent it out till the market turns. Not so easy as most of us are out of state, have families and jobs. Chris did not only Get us a qualified renter ( that has never been late on a payment) he has taken care of all the issues you would normally associate with being a landlord.
