CENTRAL FLOORING

I found out about this company during a recent visit to a retail store. Adam, the apparent owner, was given the opportunity to promote his services even the retailer does not normally endorse a particular company. We exchanged contact information and Adam stated he would contact me that day or the next. I never heard from him. I called him a few days later to set up an appointment. On the date of our appointment, no showed up and no explanation was given. I called the office 4 hours after the appointment time to find if the situation. The person who answered was sarcastic and defensive, but stated she would find out what the situation was and call back. It's now 2 days later and I still haven't had a call back. BOTTOMLINE. If this is how they handle a potential customer, I'd hate to see how they handle a less than satisfied one.
