Great ! We loved working with Brian Smith, He pointed out all the damage and removed it, Then did an excellent repair job.

We would not hesitate to recommend Brian to anyone.  The installing of  our bamboo flooring is the biggest job to date that Brian has done for us.  As a side note, he has added shower niches to our existing showers, completed wood stairs,  a job left uncompleted by another contractor.  Every job Brian has done for us has been high quality and fair price.  

When we decided to take out our builder grade carpet and pad we talked with Brian about possible floor choices.  He recommended bamboo flooring because of the quality and warranty.  It is this kind of knowledge Brian posses that has impressed us and helped us make good decisions.

The installing of our bamboo floor was done with special attention to detail and worked around our schedule.  Brian was extremely helpful getting samples and bringing them over for us look at.  Brian is not afraid to offer suggestions if asked. When my husband expressed concern over the possible increase in sound with the bamboo flooring, Brian invited us over to his house to test it out for ourselves.  

Brian personally did the install of our floor.  He removed the old carpeting and pad carefully and cleaning up after the capet and padding was removed.  He laid the new padding and installed the entire floor including the stairs. He added all the trim once the floor was installed.

While installing our floor, Brian found an issue with our AC unit.  Because of Brian calling this to our attention, the builder came out and fixed the platform that the AC unit was on and saved a huge disaster down the road.  It is this kind of expertise and attention to detail we have experienced with Brian, and the very reason we  recommend him without hesitation.
