After the first downpour, I discovered a substantial leak. As a result of the leak my ceilings in the kitchen area became stained. I contacted the company to tell them about the leak. They did fix the leak. The person they sent out to look at my ceiling asked me if I had any extra paint. I was shocked that he would ask me this because it showed that they didn't really want to fix my problem the right way. Frustrated, I told him I would paint it myself. I waited 30 days to let the ceiling dry, then I painted the ceiling myself. I then called them to ask to be reimbursed for the paint or labor that I spent painting the stain left behind by their faulty work. I didn't get past the switchboard and I never heard back from them.

They did not charge me for the work done. He left me a stack of shingles for any repair. He was really nice and professional.
