General Remodeling
The guy who came me the estimate was really knowledgeable. However, the worker wasn't the most professional guy in the world. The first day, they did some installation in the garage, and they left everything laying there. They didn't pick anything up. The second day, they left a bunch of stuff out in the backyard. When they came the last day, I asked them to pick the stuff up, because it was in the contract. They took the stuff away. The work was okay; it wasn't great, but it wasn't bad.

We called the owner and they gave us a discount. They were there for 6 hours and only charged us $250. One of the guys did accidentally hit some dents into our tub with a hammer, but the owner said that they would come back and take care of everything.

After getting quotes from a few companies, we decided to go with this company, American Remodelers - they got back to us on the phone promptly about questions we had before the contract was signed - more than we can say for some other companies - --and seemed to really care about talking to their customers and explaining what they were going to do. All the workers were polite and professional , and did a fantastic job with each phase of the project. They cleaned up everything as they went and it made for alot less hassle , for us, later . We are extremely happy with the finished room, and plan to use them for any other remodeling we decide to do. We can't say enough about how well things went and what great work they do!!!
