Description of Work: Came as planned, with a call when he was delayed a bit. Found the problem promptly, showed us, and fixed it immediately. I felt that his cost of a minimum of $85 for the call plus labor to replace a shorted out wire in much less than an hour was pretty high, but he knows what he's doing and I do not know that anyone else would have charged less than the $150 we paid.

Description of Work: Installed a fan with light on my front porch. |He removed the old light fixture and installed a box to hold the new fan. He worked quickly. Was very pleasant. |I thought the price was a little high, but I like to give my business to local small business owners when possible.

Description of Work: Colin came when he said he would and was cheerful, efficient, friendly and informative. While our project was very small, he was more than gracious about performing the work for us. He was very reasonable in what he charged, and voluntarily did some extra checking of our electrical system beyond what we had requested service for. We will unquestionably call him the next time we need service.

Description of Work: Colin was able to fit me in the same day I called and kept me informed about what time he would be there. He replaced a breaker and two wall switches and was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend All State Electric, Inc to any of my family and friends for any electrical work.

+ -1 moreColin answered his cell phone promptly and politely. Colin listened to my issue with my central air conditioner's thermostat not working and replacing batteries not working. He educated me regarding the need for an AC person to work on issue since it was low voltage and not an Electrical issue. He gave me numbers of 3 AC companies to call. I also mentioned needing an electrician to fix outlets in two of my bathrooms that were not working. He said he could help me fix it over the phone and he did!!! I will definitely be recommending him to people and will use him in the future if true electrical issues arise.
