Aire Serv of West Orlando ? Windermere, FL (Aug 12?15, 2025). Labor-only change-outs (I purchased all materials). Crew abandoned the job; my family was without AC for 10 days. Permit lists Craig Morrow as contractor of record but he never appeared; crew seemed inexperienced and unsupervised. ~150 ft each of 7/8? and 3/8? ACR copper were ruined, plus wasted Armaflex and fittings. Brazing was poor. At the air handler they left splices without listed connectors or an enclosure. Access drywall cuts were irregular and larger than needed. A helper walked on the ceiling; fixtures fell and lights now blink?needs an electrician. They refused to remove their defective copper, so I paid others for demo; they also recycled old units with no credit. Deposit was refunded, but my actual costs were far higher. In my experience, owner Mehul K. Patel wasn?t interested in resolving issues. I would not hire this franchise for change-outs. If you proceed, insist on the licensed contractor on site.
