They did correct the issue, it looks good now. They were very professional. They followed up well, but I don't think I would use them again. This was a big inconvenience.

"FOLLOWED BY THE MEMBER'S COMPLAINT OF STREAK MARKS ON HER CARPETS. NEXT DAY I WENT BACK TO HER HOUSE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. FINDING, UPON INSPECTION, THAT IT WAS IN FACT OLD SET TRAFFIC SOIL STARTING TO REAPPEAR, WHICH NORMALLY TENDS TO HAPPEN AFTER THE CARPETS DRY. I PROCEEDED TO PRETREAT THE AREA WITH A HIGH PH TRAFFIC LANE PRESPRAY FOR COMMERCIAL CARPETS AND RECLEANED THE AREA, MAKING NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL. I THEN TRIED A SECOND TIME AS THE MEMBER WATCHED, RESPRAYING ONCE AGAIN WITH ANOTHER PRESPRAY FOR EXTREME SOIL IN RESTAURANTS, WHERE ONLY A SLIGHT DIFFERENCE WAS NOTICED. I THEN EXPLAINED TO THE MEMBER THAT THIS WAS OLD TRAFFIC SOIL ALREADY SET THAT REAPPEARS AGAIN ONCE THE CARPETS DRY. THE MEMBER WAS ORIGINALLY QUOTED FOR 3 ROOMS AT $85. SHE LATER ADDED ANOTHER AREA FOR AN ADDITIONAL $25 AND PAID A TOTAL OF $110 AND WE HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT BY THE MEMBER, WHICH CONSTITUTES TO PAYING $110 AND NOT $150 AS SHE CLAIMS. IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE SHE FEELS AS BEING THE ONE INCONVENIENCED SINCE I WENT UP AND BEYOND TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY TO TRY TO CORRECT A PROBLEM THAT I FEEL HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY WORK PERFORMANCE. I WISH THE MEMBER GOOD LUCK WITH HER NEXT CARPET CLEANING EXPERIENCE."

I was pleased with this company. They were able to come out and clean my carpets the same week that I called them. They also did an excellent job. The cleaner that they used actually had a fresh smell. The cleaners were also very professional and cautious around my furniture.

Nelly and Joe were professional, dependable and a pleasure to work with. They arrived when they said they would, and did the best job of cleaning carpets that I have ever seen. Joe is very proud of his new state-of-the-art machine. The machine along with their experience and hard work produced a beautiful result that I am very happy with. There might be cheaper cleaners out there but for my money I will only use Nelly and Joe in the future.

They also do my carpet and upholstery cleaning. I have used them for a few years now. They do an excellent job. Just plain old honest.

I THOUGHT EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. ALL THE WORK THAT WE WANTED DONE WAS DONE, AND THE JOB WAS DONE TO MY SATISFACTION. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY FRIENDLY, IT IS A BROTHER AND SISTER OPERATION. EVERY TIME THEY CAME OUT IT WAS A GREAT ATMOSPHERE.

A Plus went out of their way to expedite this job for me and stayed longer than anticipated to complete the job thoroughly. They were professional, experienced and knowledgeable about cleaning processes and products.
