A master's choice

Very bad communication and shoddy work. Peter actually blamed me for his shoddy work. I hired him for his expertise and he built a lean-to that was misaligned, shingles were put on incorrectly, bought the wrong materials (untreated wood), and he did not add a drip edge or fascia. Peter kept saying "I told you that it needs a drip edge and fascia board" after it was built. I said, "I don't build lean-toes or homes. It should have been built correctly in the first place. That's what I hired you for." He then offered to fix his errors for $200 more. I ended up hiring someone else to add the drip edge and fascia board. Btw- He also dug up the ground and left pules of dirt on my lawn. He did not rake it the grass. Lastly, he did not clean up his roofing nails. I found approximately 10 nails laying on the ground around my pool equipment were I walk barefoot.
