+ -1 moreI picked Mr. Owens to be my roofer after meeting him and grilling him with questions. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and priced the roof reasonably. He was ultimately unable to actually do the roof because repairs and permits became delayed (nothing relating to him), and he then had weeks of other obligations. I was really worried the open boards would become wet and the rain would leak into the house. He came over on his own time and waterproof papered the roof and did not charge me. He was kind and I encourage anyone looking for a roofer to give him a call.
Description of Work: Mr. Owens covered the open wood on my roof with barrier paper and did not charge me!
